How and what do I have to order?
There are three possibilities, 1 = one packaging, assembling it yourself. 2 = an assembled load-carrying bicycle.3 = an electric load-carrying bicycle, which can only be bought assembled.
As soon as you decided on a load-carrying bicycle, you can put it in the shopping cart.
Then, click on the window "proceed to check-out", from this moment on the shipping costs are stated.
Which payment options are there for buying a load-carrying cycle?
In our webshop, you can pay with the following instruments of payment: IDEAL, bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and with the common credit cards.
If you pay per bank transfer, please clearly point out the number of the order.
The sum always has to be paid up front.
The delivery time depends on the payment method.

When will the load-carrying cycle be delivered?
The load-carrying bicycle will be delivered as fast as possible, as soon as the sum is transferred to our bank account or after we got the confirmation, that your payment per credit card has been approved.
Our load-carrying bicycles are delivered by a transport company / courier service.
As soon as the bicycle are picked up here at bakfietsweb.nl from a transport company / courier service, you will get an automatic confirmation per e-mail.
We have no influence on the delivery times and the choice of the distributor.
Transport companies often work together and assign orders among each other.
We don't know, if you will be informed per telephone before the delivery, but we order it from the distributor. However, it looks different in the practice.
If you shouldn't be at home, we also don't know if the distributor puts a notification in the mail box.
Every transport company has its own way of working, on which we have no influence.
But don't worry, we deliver our bicycle to the whole world and until now, they always arrived at the customer.
Where can I have my load-carrying cycle assembled?
We also sell assembled cycles.
The load-carrying cycles are assembled by experienced mechanics.

Are you available per telephone?
We are available per telephone from 7am to 10pm (Monday to Friday).
We prefer e-mails, because it is faster than a phone call.

What do I have to do in case of problems?
